Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy allows you 14 days after receiving an item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at amministrazione@marcomergevini.com.

Once the return request is received, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. If you have any questions regarding returns, please contact us at any time at amministrazione@marcomergevini.com. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Damaged or defective wines
Wines received by the buyer that are damaged or defective may be returned within 14 days of the day the buyer—or a third party designated by the buyer (other than the carrier)—took physical possession of the goods. We offer the option of a refund or a replacement (subject to availability), provided the defective product is returned in the same condition as originally received, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The returned product must be sent in the original box in which the order was received.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately. 

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
