Shipping and Delivery Policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy governs the methods, timeframes, and costs for shipping products purchased on the marcomergevini.com website.

1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to Italy and most European countries. The full list of countries can be viewed during checkout.
Italy: the entire national territory (including Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, and the smaller islands). European Union: see full list at checkout.
International: We do not currently ship outside the European Union directly via the website. If interested, please contact us for information, and we will provide a personalized quote.

2. Order Processing Times
Orders received Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.

3. Shipping Times and Costs
Delivery times begin once the order is handed over to the courier (Shipment Dispatched).
Standard Shipping (Italy):
Cost: €9.90 (Free for orders over €149).
Delivery time: 2–3 days (an additional 24–48 hours may be required for islands and remote areas).
Europe / International Shipping:
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination country (starting from €14.99).
Delivery time: 5–10 business days.

4. Order Tracking
Once the order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking code (tracking link).
You can check the shipment status at any time directly on the assigned courier's website.

5. Delivery Method and Availability
Deliveries are carried out by our partner couriers (e.g., BRT, DHL, GLS, Poste Italiane) Monday through Friday during business hours.
If the recipient is absent, the courier will make a second delivery attempt or leave a notice with instructions for pickup at a collection point (Access Point / Depot Pickup).
Once the holding period established by the... courier, the package will be returned to the sender. In this case, the cost of re-shipment will be borne by the customer.

6. Inspection of Goods upon Delivery Upon delivery by the courier, the Customer is required to check: That the number of packages corresponds to the quantity indicated on the transport document. That the packaging is intact and shows no signs of damage, wetness, or tampering. Important note: Any damage to the packaging or discrepancy in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier by noting "WRITTEN RESERVATION FOR INSPECTION" (specifying the reason, e.g., "punctured packaging," "crushed box") on the delivery receipt. Failure to do so will make it impossible to initiate a refund or replacement claim for shipping damage. 7. Customs Duties and Import Taxes (For non-EU shipments) For shipments to countries outside the European Union, goods may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in the sale price or shipping costs displayed on the website and are the sole responsibility of the Customer. We recommend contacting your country's customs office for further information before placing your order. 8.
