Mineral and herbaceous, this pecorino opens with marked notes of officinal herbs and star anise followed by pleasantly citrusy hints of orange and white-fleshed fruit. The sip is dynamic and rich with an elegant and savoury finish. Excellent with first courses of fish and white meat or mushroom-based preparations.
