MCMXX-1920 - CASTELLI ROMANI WHITE DOC

Herbaceous and citrusy, this wine brings to mind notes of hay and aromatic herbs, strong hints of honeysuckle and wisteria. On the palate it is medium-bodied and medium-persistent but with a pleasant creaminess. Egg pasta or a piadina filled with cured meats and soft cheeses find a perfect match with this wine.
