OMNIA MATER - SYRAH LAZIO IGP

Intense recalls of ripe and dried fruit, this Syrah is characterised by its notes of plum and wild berry jam. Hints of chocolate and tobacco close a decidedly broad olfactory profile. In the mouth it is full, full-bodied and persistent, with great structure. It rests on a notable acidity that gives impetus to the sip. Recommended with second courses with beef and stews. Excellent pairing also with aged cheeses.
