Questo Cesanese offre un profilo olfattivo ampio che spazia da frutti rossi a sentori floreali di viola e di macchia mediterranea che cedono il passo a spezziatura e balsamicità tipiche del pepe nero e della liquirizia. Ampio al palato, corposo e molto persistente, bilanciato tra sapidità e freschezza. Il sorso non stanca. Un vino di gran carattere. Si sposa molto bene con secondi e grigliate di carne . Consigliato anche con ragù sughi e formaggi stagionati.

This Cesanese presents a broad olfactory profile ranging from red fruits to floral notes of violet and Mediterranean scrub, giving way to spiciness and balsamic hints typical of black pepper and licorice. Expansive on the palate, full-bodied, and very persistent, balanced between savoriness and freshness. The sip does not tire. A wine of great character. It pairs very well with meat dishes and grills. Also recommended with ragù, rich sauces, and a aged cheeses.
